Since 2015, Total Academy has entered the country’s business arena with the aim of empowering and increasing the improvement of human resources. In the years of its activity, it has held more than 200 courses in the field of financial, tax, international transportation, project control, etc., and so far, more than 10,000 thousand people have used the educational services of Total Academy.

The aims of the training plan: The purpose of preparing this plan is the method and manner of training in each phase of the Total implementation process in the client. It is believed that training has a direct impact on reducing the risk and cost of system implementation and is one of the important activities of change management. The training plan includes 3 phases of determining; the training strategy, preparing training documents according to the needs of the organization, and finally implementing the training and measuring its effectiveness.
