Software Deployment (The implementation of Total’s comprehensive system will be based on Total ACTIVATE’s methodology. In this phase, a comprehensive set of measures is listed for each phase that according to the conditions of the contract and the employer, the necessary activities will be carried out for the correct implementation of the contract)
The different stages of implementing Total Activate are as follows:
-The role and responsibilities of the employer
-Identification of the project sponsor, strategic committee, project manager, process owners and key users of the process team
-The role and responsibilities of the executive
– Program manager, project manager, total process consultant, technical team and training it to investigate and analyze the existing situation in the organization and also adopt a solution to improve the current situation of the organization.
– Developing the software and adapting it to the activity of the desired organization
– Software implementation and its deployment
Module by module is deployed in the organization.
– Module prioritization based on management
– Cohesion and correlation of modules from a technical point of view (Cohesion & correlation)
– Data transfer program
– Change management program
